About the Role:

The Tubi B2B Marketing team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as our B2B Event Marketing Coordinator. As part of the B2B Events team, you'll be a pivotal player under the guidance of our Industry Partnerships & Events Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Publicity & Communications, Brand Marketing, B2B Marketing, and Creative.

In this role, you will plan and execute a variety of events that drive revenue and brand awareness. From bespoke client networking engagements, to large-scale industry conferences and everything in between, Tubi events are critical to winning the hearts of the advertising community by showcasing our innovation, cultural intersections and fandoms.

This position can be based in San Francisco or Los Angeles with a hybrid in-office schedule and will report to the Director of B2B Industry Partnerships & Events, based in San Francisco. Standard in-office work days are Tuesdays, with flexibility on a secondary day selection. Some travel may be required for this position.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Manage project timelines and deliverable tracking, communicate with internal leads to collect and deliver assets/information, send reminders of approaching deadlines, and capture all outstanding itemsMaintain annual event calendar and track deliverables to ensure projects are completed within time limits and on budgetWork with Accounting and the General Counsel's Office to manage vendor/supplier contracts and paymentsHelp schedule meetings and document status and follow-ups on important actions from meetingsAssist with routine correspondence with partners and vendors, coordinate event prep meetings and debriefs with internal teams and external partnersAssist in presentation materials for cross-functional meetings and maintain a repository of up-to-date work products for easy future referencing and useEvent Planning:

Support Event Marketing Senior Lead with overseeing entire event lifecycles, including, but not limited to, guest and internal communications, registration, event day staffing, program schedules, post-event follow-ups & surveys, invoicing, budget reports, attendance tracking, and feedback collectionManage event RSVP and attendee lists, leveraging Splash, our event management platform, and gather attendee insights for the Sales & Marketing teamsAssist with event logistics, such as food and beverage, audio/visual, design and staging, branded materials, venue sourcing, transportation, etc.Assist in the development and coordination of marketing asset deliverables for events, such as print and digital design assets, marketing collateral and corporate premiumsPrepare and manage shipments to conferences, events, and other use casesWork closely with the Director on post-event reporting including attendee surveys, recap decks, ROI evaluation and analysisCollaborate with cross-functional Sales and Marketing teams at Tubi and Fox, as well as maintain exceptional working relationships with external partners and vendorsQualifications:

Proficiency with Google Suite and event management platform (Splash) is a plusHas demonstrated ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple collaborators and overlapping timelinesExceptional communication skills to liaise with key stakeholders, identify their needs, and ensure customer satisfactionProactive approach to communicating potential blockers or event-specific hurdles to direct team members and supervisor and developing a solutionCommitment to compliance with all insurance, legal, health and safety obligationsMust be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills and a results-focused approachAd Tech and Entertainment industry experience is not required, but an intellectual curiosity to learn more about these industries is preferredRequirements:

Minimum of 0-2 years experience in event or marketing coordination or executive assistant role with an emphasis in event planningBachelor's DegreeAble to work in-office 1 day per week (Tuesday) and more as needed#LI-SL1

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed per hour below. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
