Our client an established, leading corporate dental health care provider, founded on the belief that everyone deserves access to high-end dental care regardless of means, status, or location is seeking a dynamic Community Outreach/Event Coordinator to help drive local engagement and brand awareness! They are not your ordinary provider, they bring a 1 of a kind fun and flare to all their offices and events - over 40 locations in the US. This person will work inside and outside of their lobbies, engaging and educating for patients while also travelling to local venues to promote the brand. This role combines relationship-building, grassroots marketing, and event-based outreach. You’ll be responsible for increasing brand visibility, educating the public about services, and helping attract new patients through impactful engagement. This will primarily be consisted of tabling events with some small B2B and public school outreach as well. Someone who is personable, outgoing and passionate about affordable care for all who wants to help open a new office would be a great match!
This is a full time, 6 month contract role.
Reporting To: Local Marketing Manager
Location: Varies based on event schedule, Westminster
Schedule: Flexibility required—including evenings and weekends as business needs arise (a couple times a month in summer, not set schedule as of yet)
What You’ll Do
- Represent the brand at local events, retail areas, schools, festivals, and community hotspots
- Conduct engaging presentations on oral health and our services
- Proactively approach potential patients to share information and promote our value-driven care model
- Set up and break down outreach materials at event sites
- Use scheduling tools to stay aligned with the weekly outreach plan
- Collaborate daily with your team, either remotely or in person
- Consistently meet weekly outreach and engagement goals
What You Bring
- People-first mindset with a passion for connecting and engaging diverse communities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred
- Confident, outgoing, and friendly with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors and independently
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and assertive
- Available to work weekends as needed
- Background in sales, education, community outreach, or customer service is a plus, but not required
