We are looking for a self-starting, team-oriented, and passionate Product Marketing leader to own the GTM strategy. You will be the voice of sales and translate the needs of these businesses across marketing, sales enablement, product, and field teams. You will impact a wide variety of initiatives that support pipeline generation and help drive deals to close for our teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, influencing, and potentially managing a team.You will have demonstrable expertise in all areas of product marketing — product positioning & messaging, planning and segmentation, customer & competitive intelligence, etc. You will have experience in building scalable programs and demonstrate the ability to drive cross-functional alignment. Strong presentation skills, executive presence, and ability to deal with ambiguity are essential.ResponsibilitiesBe the Cloud Go-To-Market expert for stakeholders across product, marketing, and distribution for the specific product line that you represent and lead the product launch plans.Build a product enablement strategy that effectively communicates the value proposition to sales and customers.Partner closely with the strategic events team on how the product shows up across third-party and proprietary events.Lead your team to define differentiated, clear, and customer-centric narrative, value propositions, positioning, and messaging.Align to named global distribution leaders to drive marketing and sales alignment, sales programs, and pipeline generation.Develop, package, and deliver relevant sales training material, making it easy for sales to understand our product offerings.Define repeatable Sales Plays and high-quality content, while aligning to supporting marketing campaigns.Look at everything the Product Marketing team produces with the lens of a Sales rep and translate our marketing & industry-focused initiatives into actionable programs to help drive growth.Drive the creation and delivery of thought leadership content, webinars, blogs, events, and case studies to drive the message.Confidently deliver presentations to audiences of all sizes.Required Skills:9 years of experience in product marketing, sales, or go-to-market background.Experience leading and inspiring a team of marketers.Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to executive leaders, cross-functional partners, and customers.Expertise in creating strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and align with global stakeholders.Ability to create a range of marketing assets (including on-message product demo videos, sharp succinct slide pitch-decks in Apple Keynote and Microsoft PowerPoint), product data sheets.Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making as well as a consistent track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics.Ability to strategize and craft compelling messaging and positioning for technology products.Preferred Skills:Experience with Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms preferred.Get-it-Done confidence to pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity.A winning attitude that inspires optimism, fun, and the desire to always be learning!AccommodationsIf you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.Posting StatementAt Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
