We’re building a culture that celebrates backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives of all our associates.The Digital Marketing Associate, CDS for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for supporting the Clinical Decision Support Team (CDS) with development, execution, and analysis of marketing & sales programs, campaigns, digital marketing, collaterals, and trade shows. This position is located in the United States and will be fully remote.In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a digital marketing and lead management strategy and implement digital marketing opportunities to represent our existing and next-level portfolio of products and solutions:Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:
Drive our Digital Marketing Strategy to assess new opportunities that include managing our Social Media (i.e., LinkedIn, web, emails).Work with internal teams to optimize our marketing tech stack, including marketing automation, CRM applications, and other technologies to support our marketing efforts.Campaigns/Initiatives:
Drive our Lead Management initiative to streamline the lead management process and track performance.Manage demand and lead generation and customer email marketing campaigns and strategy for CDS.Strategize and execute multi-channel campaigns and tactics across paid and organic channels, monitor performance and optimize spend to ensure efficiency and ROI in collaboration with the marketing team and key stakeholders.Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing/digital communication or digital marketing with 2+ years of experience.Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, SalesForce.com, Sitecore, Eloqua, Marketo.Excellent communication skills as well as analytical and metric-driven skills to analyze data to drive decision-making.Ability to perform exceptionally well in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.Previous experience with working knowledge of SaMD, SaaS, ML/AI software solutions and/or medical device marketing is a plus.Experience with tools such as Constant Contact, Active Campaign, Pardot, Demandbase, Salesforce, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.Danaher is committed to a diverse and inclusive culture where everyone feels they belong and all voices are heard.
