As a Waterworks Sales Consultant, you'll manage all aspects of client relationships, from marketing products and brands to converting orders. You'll be the expert and trusted advisor for Waterworks products, guiding clients to the best solutions while maintaining top-notch service, integrity, and professionalism. By building strong relationships, you'll strive to increase sales and deliver the excellent experience that clients expect from Waterworks. As a brand ambassador, you'll embody an entrepreneurial spirit and a customer-focused approach. You'll work for Waterworks in our dedicated space within the RH Newport Beach Gallery, collaborating with RH Gallery leaders and associates.ResponsibilitiesEffectively and confidently pitch the Waterworks’ line of products.Qualify and educate clients on Waterworks product offerings.Provide a superior client experience to enhance long-term relationships and brand loyalty.Meet or exceed assigned quote, order and sales goals.Manage all phases of client projects including initial meetings, product specification and selection, providing quote and pricing, following up to close sale and initiate payment.Supply monthly/weekly updates on pipeline and project status.Actively participate in industry events; i.e. networking events, CEU presentations, lunch and learns, etc.Maintain visual standards of the Waterworks shop within the Gallery.Other projects and activities as needed to drive sales, provide exceptional service or uphold brand standards.Requirements3 plus years of outside/inside sales and/or business development experience in the high-end, luxury brand environment.Experience with cabinetry/custom cabinetry strongly preferred.Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and marketing quotas and goals.Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written.Ability to listen and translate client’s needs into sales.Strong persuasion, negotiation skills and the ability to influence others; close sales transactions/deals.Self-motivated and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Passion for design and the Waterworks brand.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; CRM and other sales tracking tools.Plumbing and/or tile industry experience preferred.Full time/40-hour work week that may include shifts during weekends and evenings to ensure coverage during peak shopping times and to meet customer demand.Compensation$17 - $35 an hourOur ValuesBe Authentic: Engage in real conversations.
