We are seeking a talented and experienced Communications Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that enhance our brand visibility and reputation. This role will focus on PR and Community Outreach, executing email and website strategies, and collaborating with our Social Media Coordinator to develop a consistent and engaging tone of voice across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

PR & Community Outreach:

Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand awareness and media presence.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, and influencers.

Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.

Coordinate and manage press conferences, interviews, and other media events.

Monitor media coverage and generate reports on PR performance.

Prepare talking points/key messages.

Support project teams as requested with community events and engagement

Coordinate local sponsorships.

Email and Website Execution:

Implement effective email marketing campaigns to engage, nurture, and grow our audience.

Create and schedule internal and external email content, including newsletters, promotions, and updates.

Analyze email campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.

Manage and update website content to ensure it is current, accurate, and aligned with brand messaging.

Collaborate with design to improve website functionality and user experience – bonus points if you have experience in WordPress.

Collaboration with Social Media Coordinator:

Work closely with the Social Media Coordinator to develop a consistent and engaging tone of voice across all social media platforms.

Collaborate on content creation, ensuring alignment with overall communication strategy.

Provide guidance and support in developing social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Consumer Engagement:

Help manage consumer engagement through our website, text-in, reviews, and emails – helping ensure that all who contact Rogue are responded to.

Help coordination of consumer engagement giveaways or surprise and delight moments with our dedicated fanbase.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in communications, PR, or a related role.

Proven track record in developing and executing successful PR campaigns.

Strong understanding of email marketing and website management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with various teams.

Proficiency in using email marketing tools and website content management systems.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in beverage/alcohol industry.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
