Job Description
We’re seeking a Staff Product Designer to join our dynamic product team. This role is crucial as we expand our long-term roadmap and aim to revolutionize the industry. As a Staff Product Designer, you would be creating innovative design solutions that significantly impact users’ daily experience. We’re looking for individuals passionate about both UX and UI, eager to tackle complex problems, and driven to create elegant, intuitive solutions for intricate workflows.
Responsibilities
Lead design strategies and visions for multiple product areas, including the Automotive and Aerospace business line with over $1B+ in freight, shaping product directions and prototyping new concepts
Design new 0-to-1 products, expand current products, and execute on technical deliverables
Own design processes end-to-end, from ideation to implementation
Translate business objectives and user insights into innovative and feasible design solutions at scale
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to execute key initiatives
Apply design creativity and user-centered principles to create consistent, elegant, and simple interfaces
Ensure high-quality design practices focusing on usability, functionality, and modern design aesthetic
Stay knowledgeable about competitors, design patterns, and best practices, always striving to improve and innovate
Work closely with designers on your team to develop and expand the design system
Basic Qualifications
Led the full design life cycle from user research and prototyping through usability testing and implementation
Strong interaction design skills, complemented by visual and content design capabilities
Attention to detail and readiness to tackle design challenges at scale
Experience in balancing user insights, data, and product vision to create coherent solutions
Expertise in driving engagement through elegant, inquisitive, and beautiful design
Partnered with cross-functional stakeholders to design high-quality complex user-facing products
Expert in design and prototyping tools like Figma
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years experience in Product Design
Experience leading and mentoring other designers from the individual contributor role
Comfortable in ambiguous situations and dynamic environments
Proven leadership that positively impacted the team and work environment
Experience designing in a B2B SaaS environment

Compensation Range: The annual base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $220,000*.
