We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to support our federal client. Our ideal candidate is well versed in creating content-specific trainings in a variety of models, such as webinars and live virtual training. In this role, you will design and help administer user trainings for the client's knowledge management platform.Position : Instructional DesignerLocation : This is a Remote position, however candidates located in the Washington DC area or East Coast are strongly preferred.*This role is contingent upon contract awardKey Responsibilities:Provide instructional design, development, and delivery servicesLeverage the client's Learning Management System LMS to assess knowledge gain and report training progress across defined user groupsDisseminate pre and post-training tests and surveys, then review the results identify training improvementsAid the client in designing trainings across a variety of models e.g., live, self-paced, etc.Provide logistical support for training eventsIdentify the KSAs required for success in a specific learner contextWork in collaboration with functional leads and developers to develop training packages and supplementary documentation to support the needs of the user communityRequired Qualifications:Advanced proficiency in Adobe Captivate and Adobe Learning Manager.Bachelor's degree in instructional design, human resources, or similar field.3+ years of instructional design and development experience.Experience developing cutting-edge and digital learningExcellent written and oral communication skills.Program and project management expertise.Experience in executing tasks in a high-pressure environment.Knowledge of and demonstrated ability in applying adult learning theory and iterative instructional design methodologiesEqual Opportunity Employer:HyerTek is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
