Clarivate is seeking a skilled Senior UX Designer to join our growing, global User Experience team! As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will work closely with users and internal stakeholders from around the globe to design responsive products and applications. In this role, you will be helping to design expectational user experiences across a suite of tools that support scholarly research, funding and publishing.
With continually evolving business needs, this position requires an individual who is independent and can successfully work in a dynamic environment. Deadline driven project assignments and our iterative approach to development processes require a professional with excellent adaptability and communication skills. Identify user needs and requirements by working closely with internal and external stakeholdersPlan and manage time appropriately to deliver high quality work on timeTranslate requirements into highly usable, efficient and delightful user interface designs:Design and specify product experience concepts using iterative design techniques, including persona creation, journey mapping, customer research and usability testingParticipate in design and implementation reviewsCreate wireframes, prototypes, information architecture, pattern libraries, standards and guidelinesAnalyze quantitative and qualitative data and identify additional research needsEffectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both verbally and visuallySpecify design and interaction requirements for development teamsCollaborate with development teams to ensure consistent and standardized designs across our products

Hours of Work
