The Recruitment Marketing Coordinator will oversee and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns. Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Recruitment Marketing, this role requires a thorough understanding of various marketing channels, proficiency in data analytics tools, and the ability to manage and report on campaign performance. Responsibilities include detailed outcome reporting, real-time campaign analysis, leveraging social media for audience engagement, and coordinating marketing initiatives with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the coordinator will assist with marketing efforts for recruitment events, ensuring seamless integration of promotional activities. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are essential to foster alignment across departments and with external vendors.

What You'll Do:The primary focus of this role is to assist the Recruitment Marketing Department by having a comprehensive overview of all campaigns, ensuring their optimization and effectiveness. This requires an integrated understanding of all channels involved in each campaign and their interdependencies. Additionally, the role is responsible for tracking configurations across channels and campaigns to ensure measurability. Proficiency in various software platforms, particularly those related to advertising, is essential for effectively monitoring campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation of marketing budgets, and identifying efficiencies.Assist with outcomes-focused reporting and live campaign analysis. This includes crafting and sharing data across different mediums including but not limited to, reports from the CRM, live dashboards tracking marketing focused KPIs utilizing data visualization software, web focused dashboards concentrating on recruitment marketing generated site traffic, and creating slide decks to campus constituents and leadership to report on recruitment marketing outcomes.Oversee social media platforms by developing engaging organic campaigns, producing compelling content, and following a well-structured content calendar to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement. This role will serve as the primary liaison between Recruitment Marketing and DePaul's main social media team, ensuring alignment of effortsCoordinate marketing initiatives between DePaul contacts and external vendors. For smaller-scale projects, this role will serve as the primary point of contact between campus partners and various advertising vendors. Additionally, this role will act as the liaison between Recruitment Marketing and Branding & Marketing to ensure alignment and adherence to brand guidelines.Cover and coordinate marketing aspects of recruitment events, ensuring effective promotion in advance. Additionally, the role may involve capturing content during events or actively participating, such as running a photo booth or distributing promotional items. This position requires a hands-on approach to seamlessly integrate marketing efforts into the event experience.

What You'll Need:Bachelor's degree required.At least one year of experience in a marketing related field.At least a year of managing and maintaining a social media platform.Preferred certification in Google Analytics 4.Preferred certification in Google Ads.Proficient in Google Analytics with an understanding of backend operations in Google Ads.Skilled in campaign audience monitoring and management.Familiarity with both organic and paid social media platforms.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong collaboration and documentation abilities.Competent in client management and event coordination from a marketing perspective.Understanding of PPC/SEM advertising strategies.Ability to use a CRM for creating reports and tracking campaign progress.Must possess a valid driver's license to facilitate travel to recruitment events as needed.Flexibility to work some nights and weekends for content capture or to assist with recruitment-focused events or initiatives.Willingness to use a personal vehicle or public transportation for commuting to and from events.Open-mindedness and a strong eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
