Success in this role requires displaying a relentless hands-on approach to driving continuous improvement, including optimizing budgets, channels, creative, markets and platforms to accelerate JobsOhio's growth. You are creative, yet technical and have shown the ability to grow all channels and implement the smallest hacks. You love data and are comfortable working with a cross-function team to get things done. The role serves as a marketing planner, developing and communicating strategies, as well as a hands-on individual contributor overseeing day-to-day digital marketing properties and activities.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI.Lead campaigns and experiments end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking and reporting.Day-to-day management of online campaigns across channels including: paid social, paid search, content, organic, email.Recommend website, landing page frameworks and optimizations in partnership with content owners and campaign goals.Continuously test and optimize new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visual creative and copy.Optimize around engagement rates by launching CRO-oriented experiments.Monitor, analyze and report on KPIs.Drive successful campaign tracking and attribution through QR code and UTM parameter supportChampion metrics-driven analysis and decision-making throughout the organization.Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase relevance.Stay current on new technologies and keep the company as a market leader in the digital marketing space.Qualifications

Experience RequirementsMinimum of 3-5 years of experienceDirect, growth-focused experience in B2B/B2C marketing in support of digital marketing effortsExperience contributing to and building a comprehensive digital strategyProven success in building and scaling acquisition campaigns across paid channels managing online marketing programs with CPC, CPA and CMP cost models on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedInExperience managing organic acquisition, including SEO and contentThorough understanding of various online marketing funnelsVery data-driven and should be curious about and tell stories using dataStrong sense of ownership and determination to get things doneHumility and eagerness to learn and growPast experience in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO software, social platforms, etc.Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS and web publishingStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesExcellent time-management and organizational skillsStrong communication skills both written and verbalAgency management experienceEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing or related fieldJobsOhio is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
