We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Product Marketing Manager

to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of effective marketing strategies that drive product adoption, enhance customer engagement, and maximize market share. This role requires a deep understanding of the product lifecycle, market trends, and competitive landscape, along with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product and feature launches, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and promotional tactics.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product strategy and marketing plans.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to maintain alignment leading up to new product launches.

Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, product presentations, case studies, and whitepapers, to support sales efforts and educate customers.

Support marketing team during the creation of integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our products across various channels.

Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the impact of go-to-market launches on the adoption of features and functionality.

Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve product marketing strategies and tactics.

Skills and Competencies:

5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or product management, preferably in healthcare.

Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products to drive revenue growth.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and developing compelling content.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships to drive collaboration and achieve common goals.

Understanding of Pendo is a plus.

Experience and Education requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
