Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic analytics and insights team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of digital marketing principles and be proficient in using Google Analytics or other digital analytics tools to provide actionable insights to key business stakeholders. This role is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in digital marketing and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis & Reporting:Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various digital marketing channels using Google Analytics.Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics using Google Sheets/Excel, Looker Studio.Present findings and insights to the marketing team and other stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.Assist with testing a validation of web analytics tagging and data capture.Campaign Performance Monitoring:Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., website, email, social media, paid advertising).Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital experience tests across our various North American web properties.Collaboration & Communication:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure data-driven decisions.Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.Continuous Improvement:Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and data analysis.Continuously seek ways to improve data collection processes and analytical methodologies.

Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

Skills & Experience:Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.Proficiency in Google Analytics or other digital analytics tools along with Google Sheets/Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and charts.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with other analytical tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.Familiarity with SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.Years of experience: 0-2 years \n
