JOB REQUIREMENTS: Digital Marketing Analyst - 2390 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Overview Summary - basic function of the role Enerpac is embarking on a digital transformation. The Digital Marketing Analyst is an important role that will focus on growing our global ecommerce offering by supporting programs that increase traffic, improve conversion rates, and drive overall revenue growth. This role will be responsible for developing and overseeing the performance of our digital advertising campaigns including SEM (PMax, PLAs, Search), DSP (demand-side platform), and potentially ecommerce marketplaces. You will work in a global marketing function closely interacting with our digital marketing, marketing communications, and commercial marketing teams. Shift: Monday - Friday, hybrid in office schedule in Menomonee Falls, WI / Milwaukee, WI Job Duties and Responsibilities * Stay acutely aware of overall ecommerce performance and recommend/implement advertising tactics to accelerate revenue growth. * Continuously analyze and improve our existing SEM (PMax, PLAs, Search) and DSP campaigns, as well as future advertising programs. * Monitor basic website health metrics like bounce rate, time on page, and conversion rates across the platform to ensure a well-functioning digital ecosystem. * Work with the eCommerce Manager and dev team to configure analytics tracking. * Monitor overall website performance via Google Analytics 4/search console to ensure that the site is operating effectively. * Provide recommendations to improve overall SEO performance across global websites; work with Global Digital and MarComm teams to implement. * Use tools like Smartlook to evaluate the customer shopping path (heatmaps, rage clicks, etc.) to identify and report barriers to conversion. * Manage brand\'s Google Merchant Center (with agency support). * Build reporting dashboards using Google\'s Looker Studio and other platforms as necessary (e.g. Salesforce.com). * Stay up to date with latest ecommerce marketing trends, technologies, digital marketing practices, search algorithm changes and PPC strategies through continuing education. * Automate and manage key performance reports and metrics. * Support web development testing. * Effectively work with agency partners to execute SEM and ongoing campaigns. Work Environment Primary work environment is temperature-controlled office setting, but may also include typical warehouse environment on occasion, where following appropriate safety protocols at the location would be required. Employee will be exposed to low levels of noise in an office. Employee will be expected to be able to make repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers on a constant basis for typing purposes. Education and Experience * College degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business required. * 2+ years of experience working in digital marketing Physical Demands Employee may have to lift documents/work materials up to 30 pounds in weight. Employee will have to be able to walk/climb to a variety of primary work locations, including traveling by air/auto to remote sites.
