This position will be based out of Raynham, MA. or Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

The Manager, VELYS™ Spine US Marketing will lead the US Downstream marketing efforts to deliver on market readiness activities through unique market channels intended to drive the awareness and adoption of new technologies within the DPS portfolio. This individual will be responsible for designing and executing the brand launch of Velys™ Spine, creating product awareness, and accelerating category demand for products under the Velys™ Spine umbrella. The position will report to the Director, VELYS™ Global Marketing.

The primary responsibilities include:

Develop market leading installation protocols, first case support playbooks, and utilization best practices to exceed customer expectations and drive technology stickinessCreate comprehensive, data-backed program launch strategiesOwn the hands-on customer experience (demos, labs, tradeshows & launches) & convert interactions into net-new revenueAlign on pipeline development KPIs to ensure targeting efforts and resources are allocated appropriatelyWork cross-functionally with the commercial organization to deliver on appropriate pipeline metrics Work with the Velys™ Marketing organization to ensure resources are properly allocated and recommend strategy pivots where needed.Drive the Velys™ Spine KOL development strategy with a focus on procedural innovation at the US regional level. Support & implement new KOL involvement with traditional DPS education events throughout the US.Own and develop a comprehensive AMC strategy for Velys™ SpineDemonstrate strong understanding of clinical and capital adoption pathways with robotics & navigationDevelop troubleshooting strategies and influence the service & repair GTM strategyWork with local teams to develop area-specific pipeline conversion eventsIdentify area needs, risks, and strategies that will lead to successful customer experiences and product adoptionEducation:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field required. Advanced degree (e.g., M.B.A. or M.S) is highly preferredRequired Skills & Expertise:5 years of experience in sales or marketing Medical Device, Robotics, Digital, Capital or Healthcare sector sKnowledge of the spine market and the ability to continuously adjust to meet customer needsProven history in managing enabling technology platforms particularly robotics, navigation, or endoscopesAbility to excel in customer-facing and/or sales environmentsExceptional attention to detailDemonstrated capacity for planning, marketing and product developmentExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsExperience with and understanding of a clinical/surgical environment and workflowPreferred Skills & Expertise:Track record of successfully executing clinical training curriculums, product launches, and developing technology adoption strategiesAbility to effectively collaborate with the commercial organization to ensure in-person events exceed customer expectationsOther:

This position will be based out of Raynham, MA. or Palm Beach Gardens, FL. and may require up to 25% travel (international and domestic)
