DreamWorks Animation Television is seeking a Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting the studio’s streaming-based marketing efforts, directly reporting to the Manager of Brand Marketing with a dotted line to the Senior Vice President, Brand & Television Marketing.

The primary function of this role is to support the television marketing team across multiple critical initiatives including series launches, ongoing brand-building and awareness campaigns, broadcaster partnerships, cross-divisional and symphony efforts, and special projects. This role will interface extensively with colleagues in the department and externally with teams across the Universal organization (International TV Distribution & Marketing, Franchise Management, Products & Experiences, Publishing, and Home Entertainment).

“What would you say you do here?”

Ownership of highly dynamic global broadcast calendars, content development slates, project timelines, status documents, and key deliverable trackers.

Ownership of budget tracking, vendor management, and invoice processing on behalf of the SVP.

Support the department’s goals through the creation, curation, and assembly of brand marketing campaigns around series and season launches for our various television shows, including building presentations, drafting creative briefs, and collaborating with team members to capture activity and plans.

Support the International Television Sales and Marketing team to help guarantee creative consistency, quality and cohesiveness across all global executions.

Development and collaboration on show related sales, presentation and pitch materials for broadcaster pitches, trade shows (MIPCOM, MIPTV, Kidscreen, LA Screenings, etc.) and international sales needs.

Implement and ensure a studio wide adherence to network and partner brand guidelines across all lines of business including international television, consumer products, home entertainment, promotions, etc.

Partner with TV Development and Production teams to exchange key information and assets to develop and complete marketing and distribution plans.

Collaborate and communicate with multiple internal and external partners on a variety of special projects to guarantee the timely and successful completion and consistent communication with all partners.

“What do I need to have in order to do this job?”

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

Minimum two (2) years of Administrative experience in a corporate setting

Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational, problem-solving and people skills

Outstanding written and oral communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize

A passion for entertainment and interest in animation and kid pop culture

Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
