About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Consumer Insights, Content, and Audience Intelligence. This executive will be responsible for leading the development of forward-looking consumer insights to support business decisions and inform content and audience strategies. The role involves building a deep understanding of key audiences and their content preferences to drive growth and shape the company's consumer-centric approach. The successful candidate will be a thought leader in the field, designing and executing strategic research initiatives that incorporate a variety of data sources. They will also be expected to partner with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into the business and to innovate in the application of audience data. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in content and audience research within the entertainment, streaming media, subscription, or direct-to-consumer industries. A strong background in leveraging data and insights to inform business decisions, particularly in the areas of content strategy and programming, is essential. The role requires a strategic and analytical leader with a proven track record in managing high-performance teams. The ideal candidate will be deeply immersed in the latest technologies and innovations in consumer insight and market research and will have a strong ability to communicate data-driven insights in a compelling and actionable manner.
