In addition to powering a relevant part of the buyer journey at eBay, our platform also generates a significant amount of traffic to these category pages by being highly-optimized for external search engines like Google, Bing, and Yahoo. As a key member of this team, you will own specific product components from roadmap planning through execution, evaluation, and iteration. You will collaborate closely with engineers, business partners, analysts, researchers, and designers to identify customer needs, develop strategies, and test solutions.What You Will Accomplish
Drive the roadmap and execution for key products within the category page experienceIdentify and evaluate customer needsAnalyze requirements from multiple business verticals and develop a strategy for shared horizontal solutionsPresent quarterly and annual plans to senior leadershipPerform competitive analysis and market researchLead an engineering backlogConduct A/B tests, analyze and report on results with recommended actionsWhat You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in CS preferred5+ years experience in Product ManagementStrong technical proficiency, eye for business, and design sensibilitiesExperience coordinating a team of engineersExperience with A/B quantitative testingData driven and results oriented decision makingTrack record of product execution and deliveryExperience working with user experience design and researchExperience with e-commerce or other consumer-facing products preferredThe pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.$135,200 - $205,700Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
