Salary Range: $24.80 – $28.25

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

The Marketing Coordinator implements marketing initiatives related to internal communications needs and external marketing support primarily for the bank’s Mortgage team and may also have projects related to Commercial and Retail banking.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Serve as a marketing generalist, helping develop creative for a wide range of advertising deliverables using copywriting, graphic design, multimedia, web development, social media, etc. skills.

Take the lead on day-to-day content and advertising strategy supporting GRB’s Mortgage team. This includes but is not limited to:

Develop print, social, digital and video assets covering a range of topics related to individual Loan Originator promotions, events, mortgage education, product information, etc.

Design and distribute mortgage marketing emails via Constant Contact and Total Expert CRM platform on behalf of the Loan Originators.

Maintain a database of Central and Western NY-area Realtors and send regular e-blasts with GRB or other mortgage industry information.

Assist mortgage sales team with creation, maintenance, and monitoring of Facebook, Instagram, and other social channels as needed.

Design and produce financing flyers for broker’s opens and open houses.

Design and produce postcards, door knockers and other print pieces for mortgage sales team’s joint marketing efforts with Realtors.Work with Mortgage Administrator to provide support for event planning and serve as liaison for social media content related to Mortgage events (charitable, volunteer, sponsorships, etc.).

Build out general content for GRB corporate and line of business channels (i.e. holidays, employee milestone anniversaries, etc.).

Develop, design, and manage email communications to prospects, customers and centers of influence, as needed, for all three lines of business.

Use analytics to monitor campaign success and make recommendations for refining future communications.

Manage promotions and marketing materials including print pieces, promotional items, billboards, signs, and digital signage.

Manage third-party vendors and ensure billing charges are accurate.

Assist in the day-to-day management of GRB’s social media channels and website (content, SEO and analytics).

Assist with GRB’s video production needs (shooting, graphics, editing, etc.) and proactively identify ways to create impactful communications in a multimedia format.

Maintain GRB brand and compliance standards in all deliverables.

Assist with other bank-wide marketing projects and initiatives as required.

Actively participate in demonstrating the behaviors outlined in The GRB Experience.

10% Travel required to support marketing events

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree (marketing, graphic design, multimedia communications, or business-related discipline preferred) plus a minimum of 1 year marketing experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience working in real estate, banking, residential lending or other regulated industry a plus.

Experience with print production desired.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, social media, Constant Contact (or similar email marketing solution), and CRM campaign development.

Photography and video skills highly desirable.
