San Francisco - Hybrid / RemoteWe are looking for a Sr. User Experience Designer to join our team. We’re looking for a designer who leads by connecting the dots between user insights, design patterns, and business goals. You will partner and collaborate closely with user research, UX writing, product management, engineering, marketing, and data science. Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user-centered design processCreate holistic design solutions that address business, brand and user requirementsWork with web developers and engineers to deliver final productsBasic Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience6+ years' experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)Preferred Qualifications

Expertise in leveraging design tools such as Figma, working with design systems, patterns and component librariesExpertise establishing design frameworks, interaction models, and motion patterns through effective prototypingExperience working with cross-functional teams (including user research, product management and engineering)Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applicationsSolid understanding of user-centered and web design principles as well as current web technologies (Ai, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)Ability to present cohesive design approaches to a non-design audience (including business, product and technology teams)Ability to create information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes and screen flowsAbility to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervisionAbility to grasp multiple product requirements with careful attention to detailSuggested Skills
