YOUR NEW JOB:

You will be the central point of contact for the conception, setup, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in the WIRTGEN GROUP and ensure long-term operations.

As part of the team, you will organize Identity and Access Management in SAP and Microsoft and implement the relevant technical interface management in close cooperation with the departments involved (HR/IT).

You develop strategies for sustainable employee master data and organizational structure administration and thus ensure smooth personnel processes.

You identify best-practice solutions, taking HR trends into account, and implement them across all locations.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

Successfully completed studies in business administration, (business) engineering, or (business) informatics (Master's degree or comparable).

You already have several years of experience in the SAP HR environment (preferably with SuccessFactors EC and SAP HCM) and have successfully managed international projects.

Your attitude is more important to us than your in-depth knowledge and experience: you have a positive attitude towards people and collaboration in interdisciplinary teams!

You like to shape things, are passionate about driving change, and want to make a difference!

Fluency in written and spoken English.

Project-related willingness to travel from the Windhagen site.
