Creative Marketing CoordinatorThe Creative Marketing Coordinator supports the creative team by developing and managing engaging content, driving product launches, enhancing social media presence, and coordinating events to elevate brand visibility and engagement.POSITION OVERVIEW:Full-time positionHybrid schedule (Must be available to work in DTLA office)Team structure: Work closely with Digital Marketer & Head DesignerRESPONSIBILITIES:Organic Social Media Management:Present weekly analysis of organic social media's metrics and provide suggestions for upcoming launches, campaigns, and post strategyBe consistently on-top of trending organic post tactics, formats, sounds, and implement into social strategyManage Instagram Stories and Feed posts, maintaining quarterly engagement increaseEngage with followers, respond to DMs, tagged posts, and mentions, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.Source and manage database lists for key opinion leader (KOL) outreachContinuously build relationships with high-converting KOLCreative Content Development:Propose new creative content to align with upcoming launches and spearhead the process of receiving creativesDevelop creative briefs and coordinate outsourced content creation - handling payment, communication, and deliverablesPlan and facilitate user-generated content (UGC) shoots for paid and organic social media contentWork with creative director to outsource new product picture creativesDesign and produce wholesale line sheets and other marketing materialsProduct LaunchesCreate product pages through Shopify for new collection launchesDesign and schedule email newsletters to coincide with new product launches, sales, and announcementsUpdate the home page and Shopify collectionsRegularly update website pages with fresh UGC contentSend upcoming new product launch linesheets to database of KOL to meet quota of gifting quantityAssist in photoshoots (casting, styling, production) and manage post-production workflowsEvent Coordination:Source, coordinate, and manage brand sponsorships for events and ensure deliverables are met.Oversee invite lists, outreach, and RSVPs for events.Create shopping lists, manage received items, and handle post-event organization and returns.Gather and share UGC, event content, and sponsorship deliverables on social media.Manage live social media posts and tags during events.Assist in development of quarterly event scheduleCreative Network:Stay up-to-date with industry-relevant photographers, stylists, editors, designers, creatives to build relationships withSource, coordinate, and manage ongoing list of potential creatives to work withAssist in scheduling meetings with said creatives and in house creative teamSource and manage key influencers and content creators for product launches and user-generated content (UGC).Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in a creative marketing or related role.Strong organizational and project management skills.Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with social media management and content creation.Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Salary Range : $41K - $46K Total Compensation
