Join us in developing the next Healthy Way of Life destination with your passion, creativity, and motivation to make a positive change in the lives of our members.Position SummaryThe Senior Project Interior Designer is responsible for supporting the Design Director of Interiors in providing oversight for all Life Time Club projects, both new and existing.

This role works closely with all project teams to provide support and guidance as well as serving as a key member is establishing and maintaining prototypical design standards.Job Duties/ResponsibilitiesSupport Design Director-Interiors on the design for all new growth and remodel projects.Support Architecture & Design project teams to ensure the design vision and brand expectations are achieved on all projects.Collaborate with operational partners as necessary to ensure essential programmatic needs are accounted for in the design and layout of Life Time destinations.Coach and provide mentorship and support for junior staff and developing talentAssist the project team to accurately review and process submittals, requests for information (RFI), and change management documents during the construction administration phase focusing on items with design implications.Perform construction site visits to review conformance to what the design intent is as indicated in the CD set and work with PM on any discrepancies observed on site.Review all presentation drawings and rendered exhibits for accuracy before submittalMinimum Required QualificationsStrong demonstration of design leadership and strategic thought.Ability to communicate ideas graphically.Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities in a fast paced environment.Education:Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior DesignYears of Experience:10+ years of related work experience5+ years of Life Time design experienceLicenses / Certifications / Registrations:Certified Interior DesignerPreferred Qualifications:LEED AccreditationLife Time is a place for everyone.
