Collaborate closely with Marketing Team to develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion across all digital channels.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Updating and maintaining FNC websites and Intranet (minimal coding), including content, SEO and data analytics.

Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.Analyze digital marketing metrics and generate reports to evaluate and identify areas for improvement

Implement email marketing campaigns to expand reach and promote eventsOversee and manage Google Business Profiles to optimize online presence, ensuring accurate and compelling business information, timely updates, and strategic utilization of features to enhance visibility and engagement.Assist in the creation and scheduling of digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts and online advertisements.Assist and support to marketing staff.Performs additional duties as assigned and required.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:This position has no supervisory responsibilities.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Market research, or related field

Associate's Degree and 4 years work experience in lieu of Bachelor's DegreeHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate of competency and 8 years work experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree

2 years of experience in a digital marketing roleKnowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software).PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:Continually required to sit, talk/hear and utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read a computer monitor and use a keyboardOccasionally required to lift/push/carry items less than 25 poundsOccasionally (5%) travel within specified region to attend company/industry functions as requiredCOMPETENCIES:Ethics
