They are in need of a Digital Marketing Manager – this is a highly visible position offering a ton of autonomy to drive this organization forward. It's an amazing opportunity for this person to grow with a top backed company and build an inhouse marketing team with a 7 figure marketing budget.
We need someone that has a generalized skill set within digital marketing i.e. need to know what SEO is, how a CMS works (company wants to go with HubSpot), google analytics, YouTube, and of course helping develop the overall marketing strategy.
This will be a contingent position but the intent is for this person to go full time someday. It’s a hybrid role at the NICO offices, averaging 50% in the office.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Think holistically about marketing and not just one aspect of it
New resource needs to drive a lot of value
How driven and motivated is someone? How proactive are they? How are their PM skills? Good at exceeding and setting their own deadlines? How much mngt and direction do you need? Are you great at thinking holistically with marketing? How can we make progress in each area of marketing?
You will be more technical then Joe and you will have more experience then Joe
Looking for someone who is engaged in their work, engaged in the organization, driven, motivated
Track record of actually managing marketing in a wholistic way; someone that is deeply involved in it, understands why/how it all works, someone who is bold, teetering on reckless - open to experimenting
Thinking about the bigger picture – what does this all mean, what are we trying to do, who is going to do what, how are we going to deliver on this – being a PM
