Job Overview:

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager for our client, plays a pivotal role in driving the profitable growth of the Oil Free Compressor category. This position is crucial for building product competencies, driving product adoption, and managing the overall strategy, roadmaps, business cases, and value proposition for the product line.

Key Responsibilities:Partner with sales and channel leadership to build product competencies and drive product adoption.Own and manage strategy, roadmaps, business cases, and value proposition.Analyze market trends, technology trends, competitive product developments, and other potential impacts on the portfolio.Manage transactional price discount requests while meeting or exceeding margin and price realization targets.Conduct voice of customer activities to identify business, customer, and user needs based on customer account reviews, stakeholder interviews, and sales channel partner surveys. Represent the needs of end customers in all business activities.Partner with Marketing and Demand Generation teams to optimize qualified lead inflow and vertical market focus. Drive customer satisfaction through continuous improvements to operational excellence, including product quality and on-time shipment.Lead and influence cross-functional teams to execute product development, integration, and commercialization plans to deliver on business cases. Lead lifecycle management of existing compressor platforms to support completes and aftermarket sales.Prepare sales forecasts for use in planning manufacturing operations, phase-in and phase-out, and controlling inventories. Create and maintain training programs, sales aids, and product literature for customers and distribution partners.Requirements include:

Education:Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, or engineering field is required. An MBA is desired.Experience:7+ years of work experience, with experience within industrial B2B markets desired.2+ years of demonstrated experience working with customers and phase gate product execution.Experience working in a sales capacity or with a sales channel is a plus.Skills:Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority.Certifications:Relevant certifications in product management or marketing are a plus.Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitive products, and technology trends.Key Competencies:Exceptional business acumen and passion for working with multiple teams to deliver products that result in business growth.Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization, valuing strong relationships with colleagues and partners.High level of follow-through with an action-oriented personality.Experience with product/service offering development and commercialization.Strong analytical foundation with the ability to identify business and market trends and creatively draw inferences regarding growth opportunities.Comfortable working with and influencing strategies across multiple functional groups.Organized in presentations and communication, with the ability to influence others to follow your vision.Additional Information:Work Environment: Remote with travel requirements.Travel Requirements: Up to 25%!t(MISSING)ravel is required.Reporting Structure: Reports to the Oil Free & Oil Lubricated Portfolio Leader.Benefits: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives, comprehensive health benefits package, opportunities for career advancement and professional development, and a dynamic and collaborative work environment.How to Apply:
