Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below.Specific activities may change from time to time.Participate in design driven programs to define insights, create solutions and advocate for client needs.Design and deliver artifacts across a variety of environments.Apply design standards, industry guidelines, research results, and best practices to ensure designs are usable and accessible.Consult and collaborate with talented teams in a supportive, complex environment.Leverage presentation skills to communicate and share design rationale.Stay current on trends, theories, methods and processes.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent work experience)Ability to communicate ideas and rationalesBasic understanding of industry and discipline standardsExcellent time and issue management skillsExperience creating artifacts and executing ideasAbility to give and accept critique, coaching, and feedbackProficiency in applicable software applicationsEnglish language fluency.Experience interacting with creative teams, business owners and technical teamsFamiliarity with engineering/development processes, particularly AgileA strong passion for improving people's lives through design.
