Principle Purpose of Job

The Sales & Marketing Departmental Coordinator is an entry-level position for a motivated individual who will support all sales and marketing efforts at Devil's Thumb Ranch. This role aims to help generate revenue for the Ranch and other mountain entities supported by the Denver Office and Team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to external guest reviews and encourage the publication of positive internal surveys, as well as review and coordinate the payment of all departmental invoices.Report on departmental key performance indicators and handle data entry and extraction for various systems and reporting software.Arrange accommodations for marketing influencers and sales VIPs at the Ranch, and assist with writing review responses, ads, and social media captions.Help schedule social media posts, maintain digital campaigns, and track and manage all marketing deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.Update marketing documentation on the website and act as a primary point of contact between the Sales Team and Ranch Operations Teams.Support group event sales and execution by coordinating with the Events Services and Operations Teams and assemble and distribute reports from digital campaigns and social media.Assist in implementing promotions and exclusive offers to boost bookings, and coordinate site tours, FAM trips, influencer packages, and VIP arrangements.Monitor and respond to online reviews and comments, and ensure digital content is up-to-date across various platforms.Help plan and execute annual photo and video shoots, answer questions and provide information to suppliers, stakeholders, and guests.Become proficient in internal reporting systems, document client interactions, and update event details in the Group Pace Report.Work closely with the Events Services Team to ensure smooth event execution and overall support for sales and marketing activities.Additional Responsibilities:

Attend team meetings and collaborate to improve sales and marketing processes.Build relationships with internal clients and stakeholders.Represent the resort professionally both locally and within the hospitality industry.Follow company rules and embody the company mission.Requirements

Education/Personal Attributes

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Experience in digital marketing, data analytics, and hospitality preferred.Strong spreadsheet, computer skills, and critical thinking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with superior attention to detail.Highly organized, adaptable, capable of multi-tasking, and focused on results.Able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and travel as required.Outgoing, personable, and able to collaborate effectively with different teams.Exemplifies maturity, professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to learn and grow within the department.Compensation Description:

$47,000 - 55,000/yr

Competitive pay commensurate with education and experience.

Due to the nature of our 24-hour operation, there is no guaranteed work schedule. Managers will try to accommodate specific schedule requests, but they are never guaranteed if business volume prohibits.

Salary Description

$23.00 - 27.00/hr
