The Opportunity

As Sr. Manager, Account-Based Marketing at Planview, you will identify high-value customers and prospects; evaluate tactics, channels, and messaging; share your insights across the organization; and develop programs that translate your findings into sales pipeline and bookings. This highly dynamic role will empower you to flex your people, analytical, and creative skills, while managing a team of account-based marketers.

What You'll Do

Partner with Sales Leaders and Revenue Operations (Sales Operations) to determine target account list using data and analyticsPartner closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Leaders to build full-funnel, integrated marketing plans to engage target Accounts, identifying gaps in key personas and contact information within target accountsCreate annual roadmaps and quarterly marketing plans for target accounts in both new logo and current customersDevelop data and insight strategy to add key personas and contacts within target accounts to support account-based sellingDesign and execute 1:few and 1:many marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements within determined set of target accountsProactively engage Account Executives to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of target account marketing activitiesBuild hypotheses to test and iterate to maximize performanceDefine measurement criteria and report on metrics on a regular basisIdentify opportunities to improve target account marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processesCommunicate and educate Sales Leaders, Account Executives, and Sales Development Reps regarding new and planned target account marketing initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional solution-based Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to identify content needed for use in ABM campaigns, programs, and other initiativesWork closely with broader marketing team members to develop and implement our target account strategyCultivate an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvementWhat You'll Bring

7+ years of marketing experience, of which at least 2 years must be in the Account Based Marketing domain at a multi-solution B2B software company; 5 years in Demand Gen marketing domainDemonstrated success with end-to-end, full-funnel account-based marketing campaignsDemonstrated ability to create close alignment with sales to drive campaign results, pipeline, and impact togetherStrong technical, data analysis, and project management skillsFamiliarity and comfort with DemandBase, Marketo, and SalesforceA highly entrepreneurial spirit with a strong ROI orientation; someone who is clear on campaign objectives and is willing to take risks to solve them and swiftly learn from mistakesEnergetic, passionate, and articulate communicator who can convey information to a wide variety of internal and external audiencesBenefits at Planview
