Join our team as Senior Creative Brand Marketing Manager at HNI Workplace Furnishings! In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving the creative process, from conceptualization to execution, while insuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful, and innovative work.

What You Will Do:Drive vision and brand strategy through development of a clear creative vision aligned with the company goals and objectives and brand guidelinesProvide leadership and development to the brand marketing team driving creative brand awareness and storytelling in alignment with the designated editorial calendars per brandSupport marketing project/campaigns from conception to final project completion implementing best practices for brand alliance and focus on compelling market trends aimed at customer engagement and defining campaign metrics /scorecardsDevelopment and ownership of multiple, comprehensive marketing strategies that align with overall company mission and department budgetDevelop collaborate relationships with cross functional teams and present creative ideas and updates to stakeholdersEncourage innovation, and process within the team supporting new trends and ideas to promote fresh and engaging content to scale brand performanceWhat You Have:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business Administration, or related field requiredAt least 7 years of relevant experience is required; 10 years of experience is preferredAt least 5 years of experience leading teams is preferred
