Wepride ourselves on fostering an environment where we make a positive impact on others; upholding our beliefs in integrity, inclusion and belonging.Your Impact Starts the Day You Do!What We Need:We are looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings team.As a pivotal member of our product management team, you will drive the success of strategic product categories through a keen understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

What You Will Do:Own the lifecycle of a specified product category in accordance with the 3-year product roadmap.Drive Voice of Customer, market research & analyze trend data to identify and drive product opportunities.Facilitate collaboration with cross functional teams to align decisions, communication, and execution of product related initiatives.Represent product category during product development, ensuring product meets customer requirements and is delivered on time & within budget.Execute milestones and deliverables for each stage of the new product development process.Define and prioritize product features & enhancements based on market research & competitive positioning.Plan and execute successful product launches by collaborating with marketing and merchandising teams to create compelling product storytelling & go to market strategy.Monitor & analyze product sales, profit performance & customer feedback to identify opportunities for product category improvement including cost savings & quality improvement.Implement end-of-life product strategies including discontinuation and phase-out processes.Provide sales, trade & internal teams with necessary information, training, and product knowledge to support profitable growth.May supervise, coordinate, provide leadership and review work of assigned members. Conduct performance evaluations and recommend merit increases, promotions, transfers, corrective actions, and other personnel actions. Interview and recommend candidates for employment. Drive member engagement.Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organizationWhat You Have:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.At least 3 years of relevant experience is required; 4 years of experience preferred.HNI Corporation(NYSE: HNI) is a manufacturer of workplace furnishings and building products, operating under two segments.
