Since 1941, E.H. Wolf & Sons has been providing quality fuel and lubrication products for individuals and businesses in Wisconsin, Michigan and Illinois. We are looking for an energetic and innovative thinker to fill the role of Marketing Manager. This individual reports directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing and will be responsible for the content creation for all forms of digital and social media marketing, tradeshows and events. Developing marketing strategies for new products and work within the budgetOrganizing promotional events and items, while managing logistics on day of the event (a single day event is held on Memorial Day weekend)Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraintsAnalyzing website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives salesExperience in creating videos for social media and company messagingIdentifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the marketBrainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior managementWork with multiple departments to generate market specific digital campaigns and review analytics off campaignsPrepare, complete and execute annual marketing calendarDevelop and execute a community giving campaignDesign and order promotional goods as needed include hats, apparel tradeshow items, employee holiday gifts and other promotional items.Provide monthly updates to sales team and leadership team as required on marketing activityAttend events as required (i.e. Sales mtgs)Very minimal overnight travel requiredReports directly to the VP Sales & Marketing and will have other duties assigned as neededBenefits include:

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experienceIdeal candidate will have a proven track record working marketing and/or as a Marketing Director recommended but not requiredGood understanding of marketing principlesKnowledge of SEO's and ability to design collateral materialsDemonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlinesWell-organized with a customer-oriented approachSelf-starter with ability to take initiative and be an independent thinkerAbility to show initiative and bring creative ideas to internal stakeholdersGood knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software (I.e., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop etc.) and online applications as needed.Must have strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsBS in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
