As a key member of the marketing leadership team the Director of Acquisition & Retention, will be the heart of our marketing efforts. Your game plan will include:

Paid Media Pacesetter:

As the maestro of paid media, you'll orchestrate targeted advertising campaigns across various channels. You'll leverage PPC, display ads, retargeting, and social media advertising to ensure our brand shines. By meticulously analyzing campaign performance and ROI, you'll optimize our ad spend and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.Social Media Sprints:

Engage with our community through compelling social media narratives that inspire action and foster a sense of belonging.Email Marketing Marathons:

Deliver personalized, impactful email campaigns that resonate with our audience and keep them inspired and engaged over the long haul.SEO Relays:

Optimize our online content to ensure we're not just in the race but leading it, with strategies that boost our visibility and drive traffic.Loyalty Program:

Create a loyalty program that's more than just transactional; it's transformational, building a community that celebrates every step together.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

As the Director of Acquisition & Retention at Road Runner Sports, here are the 10 essential duties that will be central to your role:Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for customer acquisition and retention, aligning with the company's growth objectives.Data Analysis:

Utilize data analytics to understand customer behaviors and preferences, driving informed decisions for targeted marketing campaigns using a variety of SEOs.Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.Brand Advocacy:

Champion the Road Runner Sports brand, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.Customer Journey Mapping:

Oversee the creation of detailed customer journey maps to identify key touchpoints for engagement and improvement.Paid Media Management:

Direct and optimize paid media campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media advertising, to maximize ROI.Content Creation:

Guide the production of compelling content that resonates with our diverse audience, from blog posts to social media updates.Partnership Development:

Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors and third-party agencies, to expand our brand reach.Marketing Optimization:

Lead employer branding initiatives and brand marketing efforts to attract our targeted market through proper channels.Performance Metrics:

Regularly track and report on key performance metrics, such as the results of targeted advertising campaigns, to measure the effectiveness of acquisition and retention strategies.

These duties will ensure that you not only contribute to the company's immediate goals but also help shape the long-term success of Road Runner Sports by building a loyal customer base and a strong, dynamic team.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 10+ years' experience in goal-driven consumer marketing environment.Passionate about the running/walking/fitness community.Accountability and ability to create and provide regular reports on your results and progress to your manager.Natural competitive spirit and a winning personality with the ability to build relationships with a wide variety of personality types at all levels of an organization.Team player who can work as well independently as you can partnering with your teammates though collaborative efforts.Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.Capable of delivering information effectively and handling inquiries from diverse audiences, including executives, managers, clients, and customers.Skilled in data analysis to formulate strategic business plans based on insights.Strong problem-solving skills to define issues, gather data, establish facts, and draw sound conclusions.Skilled in fostering a culture of transparent and positive communication and collaborating effectively with employees at all levels.Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Compensation Max

USD $180,000.00/Yr.
