Location: Glendale, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $28 - 33 per hourOur client is seeking a collaborative, creative, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong understanding of all digital and emerging platforms and the communities they foster. This role requires a passion for engaging digital communities, amplifying fan voices, and identifying opportunities for community engagement and user-generated content (UGC) connected to relevant cultural moments and brand and franchise priorities. The Digital Marketing Specialist will support team members in digital campaign planning, content development, and content programming across platforms.The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that the brand voice and franchise strategies are accurately represented across platforms. They must be a strong team player, adaptable to processes, able to meet deadlines, and possess excellent copywriting and communication skills. The ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business units within the company is essential.Responsibilities:ContentManage day-to-day programming of social content across all platforms, including tagging for reporting, calendar maintenance, and asset management in collaboration with team strategists and coordinators.Propose copy and creative in collaboration with social and digital leadership that aligns with brand voice, tone, and campaign positioning.Ideate new social concepts to engage and entertain digital audiences, leveraging applicable brand-safe trends.Digital Trends and Platform UpdatesStay updated on digital trends and platform updates to inform strategy and execution.Social Media and Event CoverageAssist with live content coverage and execution for talent press junkets, content shoots, and marketing events as needed.Community EngagementReview and draft copy for community engagement efforts across platforms.Identify and pursue UGC opportunities with the support of Managers.Partner with vendors to source engagement and UGC opportunities.Content programming.Asset ManagementRoute all assets to necessary stakeholders for internal approvals (Legal, Clearances, Brands & Franchise, etc.) and clearly communicate feedback to ensure content meets business standards.Deliver all final approved assets and copy to relevant partners, ensuring that publishing timing and content tagging align with wider marketing plans and reporting needs.PartnersCollaborate with internal and external teams through the lifecycle of content development, from strategy, positioning, content ideation, concepting, scripting, production, routing, to final execution and delivery of approved assets across all channels domestically for amplification and support.Liaise daily with teams for amplification and support of priorities across pertinent channels.Qualifications:Experience level: ExperiencedEducation: BachelorsMinimum of 2-3 years of social media or community management experience within consumer-facing media or a global brand.Excellent writing skills with the ability to translate traditional marketing content into engaging and brand-relevant conversations.Passion for storytelling and listening to what the community has to say.Basic understanding of digital analytics and performance tracking.Superior knowledge of social platforms and their native products.Ability to be nimble and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.Polished in presentation and communication.Ability to find creative solutions to challenges and use data to drive content development and programming decisions.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and Box.Understanding of social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.Outstanding organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and creative ideas on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Team player with a strong work ethic and high level of confidentiality.Strong attention to detail and ability to use sound judgment. JOBID: 1059836#LI-CELLA#LI-RS1#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
