Your passion for designing intuitive, functional, and beautiful features - along with your technical knowledge - will continually address our customers' needs and requirements. Create visual experiences for user-facing web, mobile, and tablet-based platformsTransform wireframes into original, creative mock-ups in low and high fidelity prototypesInspire users with attractive, compelling designs while maintaining visual consistency and brand identityParticipate in collaborative feedback sessions with the design team and cross-functional teamsDemonstrate leadership qualities by providing design direction on projects as and when requiredCommunicate with product team members and key stakeholders to understand and interpret project requirementsEnhance existing interfaces with new layouts, photos, graphics, and contentCollaborate with our marketing teams to design emails, promotions, online ads, and marketing collateralWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience5-8 years of experience in UX/UI designAbility to create user-centric, clutter-free, visually consistent designsIn-depth knowledge of product design tools such as Figma or SketchThorough understanding of UX/UI processes, methodologies, design libraries, understanding of web responsive practices, and principlesAbility to effectively communicate visually, verbally, and in writingMeticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skillsProven ability to manage multiple design requests in a timely fashionPassion for outstanding, elegant designExperience in print design is not essential, but an added bonusExperience in education is a plusOur pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 to $150,000 + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
