Lead and direct the design and production of creative projects and accounts.Develop and oversee clear creative strategies that align with client objectives.Supervise and inspire the creative team to produce results-driven solutions.Ensure consistency in brand messaging across various channels.Manage multiple project timelines and team deliverables.Foster a collaborative creative environment and participate in brainstorming sessions.Keep abreast of the latest design trends and technologies to apply in creative processes.Minimum Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role within an agency environment.A strong portfolio that demonstrates a variety of design and creative direction work.Exceptional ability to develop creative solutions that are both innovative and effective.Proficiency in leading and managing a team of creative professionals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and clients.A deep understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
