36 hours per week, Schedule has some flex based on when events are taking place but also Monday - Friday with Friday being half days 8am to Noon.Compensation:

Starting salary range is $55-62K, plus full medical and dental benefits and a generous retirement benefit plan. Medical benefits covered almost fully by the company! All Holidays off including the week between Christmas and New Year's and Your Birthday!Skills & Experience Required:Ability to work independently, good time management and critical thinkingExcellent written and oral communicationsSuperior client relations skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to handle in-bound calls with ease and confidenceAbility to execute live events serving as the key point of contact throughoutProof-reading skillsExcellent organizational skillsAbility to work independently with high-level productivityWillingness to learn new programs.Duties & ResponsibilitiesClients & Team SupportGreet guests and clients, offer refreshments, give a wow client experience.Answer phones, check for and take messages, connect and field incoming calls for team.Confirm appointments by phone and email each day and maintain our team calendar.Listen to and understand client needs, respond in a prompt and professional fashion on behalf of team members through phone calls, emails and mail.Marketing & Communications SupportWork with the Senior Marketing Coordinator on event scheduling, attendance, logistics around the eventsFollow-up with prospects to confirm meeting details, that they received information, and to request completed questionnaires.Assist with preparation of proposals for executing client and prospect eventsReview and proof marketing materials, letters and communication pieces.Research, input and organize prospect data in CRM system and provide executive summary of findings.Flexibility to work evening events approximately 6-8 times a month
