Marketing Director, North America , to help us redefine the conventions of our category.What You'll Do:Strategic Visionary:

Set and execute the regional marketing strategy to drive double-digit growth in the US and Canada across our core product categories: condoms, lubricants, intimate massagers.Team Leader:

Inspire and lead a team of 5 marketers, with 3 direct reports to achieve ambitious goals.Brand builder : nurture our mission, build equity of our brands, driving awareness, consideration, desirability, cultural relevancy, and curating consumer experience through all touchpoints.Innovator:

Leverage our exciting portfolio of global challenger and local heritage brands with locally relevant acceleration programs, partner with global innovation team to create superior innovative solutions to fuel future growth and strengthen competitive advantage.Business owner:

have a strong business driven mindset with bias for action,always looking at risks and opportunities, managing brand P&Ls and investment required and recommend acceleration or corrective actions to deliver growth ambitions.Who We Are:

Your strategic and creative mindset will help us thrive in this competitive landscape.What You Need:Proven Marketing Expertise:

Strong foundational marketing skills with a track record of success in marketing management and 4Ps execution (consumer and customer facing), utilizing market and consumer insights to inform overall strategy, action plans and sales go-to-market effort. Demonstrated success in CPG businesses, preferably with challenger brands targeting young adult audiences.Strong communication and consumer experience:

Expertise in communication, digital marketing & audience planning, social engagement, PR, influencer strategy with track record of success in brand building through each element of the funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion).Strong Marketing Planning & Execution:

ability to build profitable growth with track record of success in financial delivery, master planning and marketing budget management. The ideal candidate will be the source of proposition and bring recommendations based on business trends, competitive activities, identified risks and opportunities. Strong ability to translate marketing plans and strategy in compelling argumentations for the trade and sales partners.Resourcefulness:

Ability to achieve ambitious goals and drive growth even with limited resources. Strong Can-do attitude and bias for action.Collaborative Mindset and contribution:

Experience in a small, nimble, and fast-paced environment is a plus. Proven ability to collaborate and contribute to the wider organizational strategy.Experience:

10+ years of branded US CPG experience mixed with luxury brand experience.Strategic Thinking Skills:

Proven ability to develop and execute long-term plans while delivering short-term wins.Analytical Skills:

Strong ability in data management, consumer insights, market trend understanding, ROI analyses and P&L management.Leadership:

Ability to build and lead a strong, accountable team and be the advocate of the priorities and needs for the North America business. Assertive in communication.Education:

This position is based in New York City and is a hybrid role (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home).
