Besides, we also focus on R&D, manufacturing and sales of high-end manufacturing system.Job responsibilitiesMain product: Frameless motor and hollow cup motor etc.Coordinate the work related to BG humanoid robot motor technology, responsible for technical research in the field of motors, achieve technological breakthroughs, and support the implementation of the company's and BG's strategic plans;Responsible for researching and collecting cutting-edge technology and talent information in the industry, carrying out cooperation with external related industries, universities, research institutes, etc., and achieving project extraction and technology transfer applications;Responsible for researching and introducing advanced technologies and talent resources from both domestic and international sources, exploring and integrating domestic and international markets and resources, and enhancing motor technology research and development capabilities and talent capabilities;Responsible for project development and validation in the field of motors, coordinating project resources, controlling project progress and risks, and ensuring project achievement.Job requirements:Major in Motors design in robotics, semiconductor, control, physics, mathematics, automation or related fields, with a master's/doctoral degree or above from a 985 university.More than 10 years of motors design work and team management experience in top global companies in the robotics and semiconductor industries;Familiar with robot motor drive control software and algorithm development, proficient in motor and motor control theory;Rich experience in multi axis motor synchronous control and servo motor control for humanoid robots.
