officeAbout C Squared Social:We are a full-service digital marketing agency for businesses of all sizes, offering paid advertising, content marketing, website development, photo/video and graphic design services. Our diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C clients are in sectors including healthcare, retail, finance, food and beverage, transportation, etc. We have also been included as one of Inc. 5000's fastest growing companies in the US.Reports ToThe Digital Marketing Analyst reports to the Manager of Digital Marketing Analysts and The Digital Marketing Analyst Lead for Onboarding tasks.Job OverviewIn this role, the Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for working with the Account Management team to assist with client account setup, maintenance and campaign operation, and strategy.Responsibilities and DutiesBe continuously learning, to stay current on digital marketing trends & technological updates.Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and provide recommendationsCollect data, analyze, and compile reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company trainingBuild out campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms.Troubleshoot ad accounts and Zapier when there are issuesCreate social media pages, ad accounts, and tracking codesAssist Account Managers with other duties as neededHelp the MS team with back-end onboarding duty including but not limited to setting up ad accounts for all platform clients is using, setting up a GTM for the client and making sure proper tracking is set up, getting access to all pages and accounts needed. Technical support phone calls may be required in this process.Manage relationship, communication and optimizations to campaigns in client support portfolio. Primary method of communication will be recorded videos/emails, with occasional phone call touch bases. Same day client response to ensure top level support.In addition to core responsibilities, this position will involve some client-facing activities.
