Sales and Marketing Coordinator

REPORTS TO: General ManagerCLOSE COORDINATION WITH: All Salespeople, Office Manager, ReceptionistDIRECT REPORTS: 0TIME REQUIREMENT: As scheduled by the General MangerRESPONSIBILITIES and percent of time involved:General ResponsibilitiesProvide coordination of and support for all sales activities by serving as main internal contact for all salespeople (50%)Provide Training for all new employees on product knowledge and sales (10%)Inside showroom sales (20%)Assist with sales administrative needs as assigned (20%)Maintain price books/lists and distribute as requiredMaintain sales literature/document inventory and distribute as requiredSpecific Daily ResponsibilitiesTake sales calls and walk-insEnter lead update information into COPRun exception report and distributeProcess leads for following dayDetermine lead assignmentConfirm appointmentsCoordinate any schedule changes with customers and salespeopleDistribute leads to salespeopleEnter Showroom Activity Report data into COPFollow-up with showrooms for missing dataCoordinate customer/sales issues for productionAssist with customer and salesperson follow-up for order clarificationAssist in follow up and flow or any orange sheets$50K and working on building in commissions/bonuses
