Pay:
$39hr to $43.90hr depending on experience levelContract Duration:
12 MonthsPosition Type:
Hybrid (Onsite 2-3 Days Per Week)
Key Responsibilities:Design and execute both traditional and digital communications with exceptional design capabilities.
Conceptualize and produce digital content, including eCommerce assets, digital advertising, website elements, and video content.
Contribute to package design projects and ensure quality control of design recommendations.
Operate with autonomy on project assignments, meeting deadlines, understanding direction, and applying feedback effectively.
Collaborate with Account Managers, Strategy team members, fellow creatives, and clients to positively influence creative decisions and brand outcomes.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role within an advertising or in-house agency.
Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for both digital and print design.
Deep understanding of designing for traditional and digital channels, including social media, eCommerce, digital display advertising, and retailer digital advertising.
Advanced motion design skills, including After Effects and animated GIFs.
Familiarity with Figma is a plus.
Skills:
Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
Excellent project management abilities and capacity to juggle multiple projects.
Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Pay Details:
$39.00 to $43.90 per hour
