Description

Develops and coordinates company social media accounts. Responsible for developing brand messaging on social and digital platforms consistent with department strategy and goals. Provides analytics for all social engaged sites, including Prairie Band Casino & Resort's and Firekeepers' website, as directed. Responsible for all website and digital updates. Maintains daily interaction with all social mediums.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:Responsible for maintaining brand voice on social media accounts while conversing with our customer base, moderating conversation and driving traffic to our website.Reviews and compares current social media applications for potential new marketing avenues for Prairie Band Casino & Resort in relationship to other brands and competitorsResponsible for compiling monthly reports; using analytics and insights to drive posting strategy on social media accounts and website analysisManage and interact with each social media account on a daily basis to keep customer communities engagedCommunicates promotional plans, and other marketing initiatives regularly through social media accountsDevelops messages specific to company business goalsBuild positive relationships with customers by engaging audiences with creative, timely messagingDevelops digital assets for all social mediums, websites, and digital displaysLead efforts to capture new audiences, invite friends, create groups, create forums, edit and distribute new video, audio and photography footage of brand marketing activities for placement on blogs, social networking sites, search engines, and creation of pod-casts/vodcast's etc.Monitor the organization's social media image through all outletsWrites copy for the casino's website and other various publicationsAssists with the creation and distribution of property media releasesAdheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner and encourages others to do the samePerforms as a back-up to the Marketing Coordinator-AdvertisingOther duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphics design, business or related degreeMinimum 1 year experience in marketing and social media representing brands and running integrated marketing programs within social media communitiesMinimum 1 year experience with Google and Facebook ad placementMust be comfortable making on air and video appearance representing Prairie Band Casino & ResortExcellent interpersonal, organizational and computer skills; can create and edit documents in PowerPoint, Word and ExcelGood communication (verbal and written) and organizational skillsAbility to be present for work schedule including, nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours when requiredProfessional appearance as outlined in the Prairie Band Casino & Resort Team Member HandbookA record of satisfactory performance and reliability in all prior and current employmentPHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
