We're looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented manager (with some creative genius on the side) to join our digital team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of paid advertising, search engine optimization, and media buying, as well as entrepreneurial skills and comfort with a fast-changing environment. The ideal candidate should already have the technical skills we seek but be ready to learn and accelerate our status quota-busting philosophy.

As a Manager, you will lead in managing and executing multiple SEO and paid media campaigns for several clients targeting corporate executives, skilled workers and leisure travelers. Key responsibilities include client management, managing and optimizing paid social, search and display campaigns; reconciling advertising budgets; strategizing and managing media buys with online publications; reporting and basic analytics analysis; executing award-winning work under the pressures of the ever-changing demands of agency and client life.

You will report directly to a Senior Manager of SEM & Media and will work alongside client and/or digital strategists as well as manage client account teams. In addition, you will collaborate with DCI's other service teams, eg, social/content, website, PR and more.

The SEM & Media Manager will have at least 3-4 years of paid experience.

Responsibilities:

Leads and contributes to multiple SEM & media client accounts and assists client success leads and strategists with multi-service client management and project management.Helps to guide and advise economic development, talent attraction and/or tourism clients with strategic thinking and expertise, and is able to work through complex problemsContributes to driving organic growth in revenue while maintaining profitabilityAnalyzes monthly paid and SEO performance reports to share key takeaways for client, including pinpointing trends and making recommendations on client campaigns.Strategizes, launches and manages simple to complex media buy programs on behalf of the client, often multiple at the same timeStrategizes and manages paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn; including building audiences, uploading ads, adjusting bids and keywords, and building UTMs.Manages and monitors ongoing campaign performance and budget pacing.Skills:

Proficient with paid ad platforms: Google Ads; Bonus if you have experience using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager, DSP Platforms, etc.Client and team management skills with proven ability to maintain both team and client satisfactionHighly proficient in Microsoft Suite, with at least intermediate knowledge of Excel; Microsoft Teams experience a plus.Proficient with Google Analytics 4 & Google Ads; Google Tag ManagerStrong client management and communication skillsA self-starter with strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.Intermediate experience with Google Looker StudioIntermediate experience with media buying and able to manage multiple media buy programs at the same time.Some knowledge of SEO, with on-page optimization and audit experience and familiarity with tools like SEMRushQualifications:

3-4 years of paid media experience2+ years of agency experience preferred; you'll be working on multiple accounts simultaneously, requiring an organized individual comfortable in a constantly changing environment.BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, English or related field.Applicants must be U.S. citizens or have all necessary approvals to live/work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship by the employer for a Visa.Benefits:
