Job Summary

The Marketing Assistant role is intended to provide administrative and tactical marketing support to the TIS Product Management Team. The Marketing Assistant will help execute commercial tactics related to product launches, product sustainability initiatives and training activities. The Marketing Assistant will support the product management team with sales requests, sample ordering, tradeshow preparation, sales training preparation and other portfolio sustainability initiatives. The Marketing Assistant will support communication and execution of brand go-to-market strategies and tactics.

Job Details/Responsibilities

Facilitate the coordination of core training and associated sample ordering for training breakouts.Understand and provide product information to internal stakeholders and customers as needed and request.When requested, send marketing packages out, send confirmations and tracking information to sales representatives and follow-up with delivery confirmationsSupport the maintenance of the product management team's compliance of TIS's submissions in the TMC Advertising and Promotion approval process and serves as coordinator for routings and record keepingWhere necessary, support marketing efforts such as, meetings, trade shows, exhibits, and other events.Support the creation and printing of sales and marketing tools.When needed develop ringi proposals to support marketing related projects and promotional initiatives.Maintain library of reference materials and sales support website content in a proactive, organized and up to date mannerSupport and in some cases coordinate Marketing projects/initiatives as assigned.Responsible for accurate consolidation of information from multiple sources into an actionable format needed for marketing presentations and business updates.Perform light administrative responsibilities to support the TIS Product Management team including expense management and travel arrangements, invoice processing, sample orders, new vendor setup, and field promotion fulfillment.

Qualifications/ Background Experiences

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience providing administrative and/or tactical marketing support to a marketing organization required, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.Marketing support experience in pharmaceutical, medical devices or other highly regulated industry is desired.Demonstrated exceptional people, organizational, and customer service skills required.Must be computer proficient with proven capabilities to utilize MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
