As we continue to expand our offerings, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and oversight of our MySol-Ark Mobile App & cloud monitoring platform.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision:• Develop and articulate a clear product vision aligned with the company's mission and objectives.• Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the cloud monitoring platform.
Product Development:• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, including engineering, design, and marketing.
Feature Definition and Prioritization:• Identify and prioritize critical features and functionalities based on market research, customer feedback, and industry trends.• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure specifications and timelines deliver features.
Market Research and Analysis:• Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies related to cloud monitoring platforms.• Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.
Stakeholder Communication:• Communicate product vision, goals, and progress to internal stakeholders, including executives, engineering, and sales and marketing teams.• Collaborate with customers to gather and incorporate feedback into the product development process.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the cloud monitoring platform and regularly assess product performance against these metrics.• Implement strategies to optimize product features and user experience based on performance data and user feedback.
Requirements
Experience:• 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on cloud-based platforms.• Track record of successfully launching and managing products through their lifecycle.
Industry Knowledge:• Familiarity with solar and storage technologies and the broader renewable energy sector.
Technical Skills:• Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and effectively communicate with engineering teams.• Knowledge of cloud computing and monitoring technologies.
Communication and Leadership:• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
Analytical and Strategic Thinking:• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
Education:• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
