Electrical Consultants, Inc., a leading power engineering consultant firm, has an immediate opening for a Marketing Coordinator in Billings, MT. ECI specializes in engineering services to electric utilities (substation, protection, transmission) alternative energy systems, communication, oil/gas, mining and heavy industry. As a member of the marketing team, the successful candidate will be an integral part of all internal and external communication occasionally providing writing support to other groups as needed.
This candidate will provide a wide range of support to each division within the marketing group. This would include support for execution of marketing campaigns, client research, proposal support with organizational charts or write-ups, graphical support, trade show logistics, project data entry/maintenance, coordination with various PMs to provide as-requested support of materials for the individual efforts.
Minimum Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in communications, English, Marketing, Public Relations or Business or 2 or more years direct experience in the same or similar industry; exceptional writing skills with the ability to generate content material for internal and external communications; demonstrate strong interpersonal skills; must work effectively and cooperatively within a team environment with the ability to work independently. A command of the standard MS Office suite is required. Adobe Suite experience including Acrobat Pro, InDesign, InCopy, Photoshop and others, a plus. The successful applicant may be subject to client mandated drug and background checking. Occasional travel/driving will be required. Successful applicant is subject to ECI's auto insurance carrier requirements.
