Description:

HiveWatch is looking for a creative, hungry, and enthusiastic marketer to join our team. We're searching for someone who is eager to learn and put their skills to use in a quick-paced and exciting startup environment.

In this role, you'll work with the Marketing team on initiatives that span the entire buyer's journey in support of awareness, lead generation, sales enablement, conversions, retention, and cross-sell of HiveWatch's products.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategiesCoordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels including (but definitely not limited to) social media, email, digital, events, and direct mailCreate compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content, and sales support materialsSupport the creation of content that resonates with our buyers in the form of infographics, blogs, eBooks, and white papersGenerate demand for our sales team by creating email cadences and finding appropriate contactsWork with our industry partners to create compelling campaignsPlan events of all sizes from large-scale trade shows to intimate gatherings including logistics, pre-event promotion, and post-event follow-upUnderstand the physical security industry and how HiveWatch fits in to the ecosystemMonitor and report on the performance of marketing campaignsMaintain a budgetBe a project manager and multi-taskerProvide administrative support to the marketing teamQualifications:

Proven experience (minimum of 1-3 years) in a Marketing or related roleSelf-starter who can thrive in a startup environment with a bit of ambiguityStrong written and verbal communication skillsCreative thinking and problem solving skillsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrategic thinker with analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsMust be able to be in person in our El Segundo, CA office at least 3 times a weekBonus Qualifications:

Experience with HubSpot, Salesloft, Salesintel, Canva, and SalesforceExperience in the physical security space and SaaSAdditional Info:

Base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 USD per yearEligible to participate in HiveWatch Equity Incentive Plan*Final offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of relevant experience and expertise, location, and other business considerations.
