Schroll Cabinets Inc. is a family-owned and operated company that has been manufacturing and selling custom to semi-custom cabinetry for over 50 years. Our manufacturing facility and corporate office are in Cheyenne, WY. Showroom locations include Cheyenne, Ft. Collins, Denver, and Colorado Springs. We are looking for a dynamic Manager to lead our Southern sales team and drive business growth through effective sales strategies and client relationship management. The Manager will be based out of the Highlands Ranch showroom or the Colorado Springs showroom and oversee Highlands Ranch and Colorado Springs showroom locations and design staff. The Manager's primary responsibility is hiring, training, and maintaining a professional, productive, full-time designer sales team to help the company meet its sales goals and objectives.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives in the Denver and Colorado Springs markets.Oversee and manage 4-7 direct reports, design/sales staff and showroom coordinators.Design / Sell to select accounts.Manage and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights for decision-making.Identify and prospect new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.Utilize company CRM to track leads and workflow.Oversee account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.Have a complete understanding of company policies, procedures, directives, and products.Maintain company showrooms to a professional standard.Keep sales staff informed and clear on company policies and procedures.Resolve customer issues as they arise promptly and completely.Advise and support individual designers concerning design, software, product, and process questions.Provide a dynamic communication link between the sales team, manufacturing, and the corporate office.Always maintain honesty and integrity.Focus solely on promoting and selling Schroll Cabinets, without engaging in the sale of other products or services.Encourage teamwork and unity among colleagues.Prioritize providing excellent customer service.Take on the responsibility of mentoring designer trainees and supervising their training in collaboration with the corporate trainer.When necessary, make staffing decisions in consultation with the corporation.Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in custom cabinetry, casework, or a closely related field.Strong ability to manage, analyze, and interpret sales performance metrics.Demonstrated success in business development and technology sales.Experience in account management and outside sales.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead a high-performance sales team.Advanced knowledge of kitchen and bath design.Experience in 2020 design or other kitchen and bath design software.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000 - $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:
