If you're a strategic marketer with a heart for storytelling and a hunger for breakthrough ideas, we want to hear from you!What You’ll Do:Craft Category Defining Marketing Strategies:Develop data-driven marketing plans encompassing all channels (brand, category, creative, social media, in-store).Set measurable goals, KPIs, and learning plans to track progress and optimize future campaigns.Partner with media, channel strategists, and creative teams to craft compelling editorial programming and content.Drive Brand Growth and Awareness:Lead the end-to-end execution of brand marketing plans and campaigns across owned, earned, paid, and physical channels.Champion CAVA's brand story and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.Identify and develop strategic partnerships that strengthen brand equity and loyalty.Internal brand alignment: Engaging and aligning internal stakeholders, including team members and executives with the brand strategy and values.Optimize Performance and Empower Your Team:Oversee the marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation for maximum ROI.Conduct thorough market research to understand customer insights, market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics.Analyze consumer research, business data, and campaign performance to glean actionable insights.Foster a high-performing team environment by mapping developmental roles and providing coaching for continued growth.Stay current on industry trends and identify new marketing techniques and technologies to leverage.Partner with external agencies to help build awareness in new and existing markets.Manage team of 20+ people.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Culinary, Operations, Data & Analytics) to achieve shared goals.The Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA a plus.15+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record of success in the restaurant industry (or a similar fast-casual environment) is a plus.Previously sat on a marketing/digital leadership team reporting to CMO/CXO.Strong understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.A collaborative and results-oriented leader with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Passion for CAVA's mission and a commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.Experience working for both a large enterprise and either a start-up or high-growth organization is a plus.Strong ability to develop collaborative relationships with multiple partners from executive to junior levels.Hands-on experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.Experience utilizing data and measurement to drive decisions.Experience in PR/communication strategy and media planning.Experience building & championing new marketing disciplines and teams.Equally analytical and creative.Detail-oriented and organized.A proactive problem solver with a strong work ethic.Ability to react quickly to new information and inspire teams to do the same.Physical Requirements:Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment.Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details.For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds.Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively.Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable.Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.What we offer:Competitive salary, plus bonus and long-term incentives.Early Wage Access!Unlimited PTO, paid parental leave, plus paid opportunities to give back to the community.Health, Dental, Vision, Telemedicine, Pet Insurance plus more!401k enrollment with CAVA contribution.Company-paid STD, LTD, Life and AD&D coverage for salaried positions.Free CAVA food.Casual work environment.The opportunity to be on the ground floor of a rapidly growing brand.*Indicates qualifying eligible positions only.CAVA – Joining “A culture, not a concept”This job description is not intended to be a comprehensive list of all the duties and responsibilities of the position and such duties and responsibilities may change without notice.
